Soul confidant services: Sometimes a person just needs someone to talk to, someone to listen, and also someone who has no attachments to the people or situations occurring in our life. I can offer advice free of bias or emotion thereby helping one gain new “insight.” Sometimes its just nice to unload everything that is in your head to someone who can just listen without fear of upsetting them or being judged. Discussing your concerns and fears can help in getting your head together and make finding answers to situations a little easier. Having someone to just listen to us is therapeutic in itself. Clients have the personal security in knowing that everything is kept in strict confidence.

Using a whole-person approach to health and fitness, I help people identify health issues and find solutions to improving their overall health. As health and wellness facilitator, my objective is to provide guidance to clients in achieving a state of equilibrium and optimal health, thereby fostering a sense of overall well-being and vitality.
I am unable to offer medical diagnoses or treatment suggestions. I possess the ability to supplement the efforts of your healthcare professional; however, it is important to note that I am not intended to serve as a substitute for their expertise and guidance.
I meet with each client one-on-one to learn about their specific health needs, obstacles, and goals. My main goal is to help my clients make good changes in their lives and actions. This can cover things like diet, exercise, dealing with stress, sleep patterns, and more.
I support my clients in developing long-term healthy habits by encouraging them to exercise self-care and self-awareness. I consider the full individual, not simply a patient’s symptoms or health issues.
I help my clients stay on track with their health goals by being there for them and holding them accountable. This can be done by checking in on a regular basis, having goals that can be reached, and giving support. I show clients how to take charge of their own health. This includes showing clients how to make healthier choices and giving them knowledge about wellness principles.
I might suggest or give you information about herbal supplements, natural treatments, alternative therapies, or complementary methods such as massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, or alternative therapies. I also support the mind-body link through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and other forms of relaxation.
